How to order

Ordering from Steel Sapphire website

You may start shopping at any time, and create an account at checkout or checkout as a Guest without creating an account.

If you are an IBO and wish to receive your discount, then you must first create a Steel Sapphire account using the “Sign in or Register” link using your Email address, IBO number (if available) and Delivery/Billing address.  You will receive a confirmation email upon creating your account.  If you receive an error message whilst creating your account, please email Steel Sapphire at info@steel-sapphire.com.au with your Name and IBO number (if available) and allow up to 2 business days for your details to be verified. 

Once signed in, you will be able to view the web pages, product range and add items to your shopping cart.  To complete your order click on "View Cart" then click on "Proceed to checkout".  Payment is by Credit/Debit Visa, Credit/Debit MasterCard, PayPal or Direct Debit (EFT).  Orders received 10am Monday to Friday will be sent the same day.  Payment by Bank Transfer/Debit (EFT) will be packed once the funds are in our bank account.

You can determine if you would like to have the delivery as a “receipted delivery” (signed) or if the parcel can be left at your nominated address i.e. 'Leave at back door' or 'Leave behind the gate' etc. by entering those details in the "Order Instructions/Comments (Optional)" text box.

A confirmation email will be sent to your nominated email address once the order is successful, with the order and payment confirmation plus your order status will show as “Awaiting fulfilment”.

When the order is ready to be shipped another email will be sent to you detailing the invoice and shipment tracking number, your order status will change to "Shipped"

Shipping times are generally 2-3 days within metro areas and 4-5 days for rural areas, however due to COVID these times may vary.
