Steel Sapphire makes every effort to supply all of the items contained in your order, however all of our products are subject to availability. If for any reason we are unable to supply a product that you have ordered, then the item will be shown as a back order on your invoice. As your credit card will have been charged at the time of placing the order we will send the back ordered item to as soon as possible. If there is an unexpected delay in supplying the item we will contact you for your advice as to how to proceed on the supply and lead time. A full credit can be provided upon request.
International orders and zero product cost orders will not be accepted through the Steel Sapphire website.
The methods of delivery within Australia of your Steel Sapphire jewellery item is via eParcel and Australia Post.
The delivery charge is a flat rate of $9.90 including GST for each delivery and $15.00 including GST for Express Post. Please note that the delivery charge is non refundable.
Completed orders placed before 1oam on a business day will be dispatched the same day, all other completed orders will be shipped next business day. The shipping times are within 2 to 3 days for Metro areas, 4 to 5 days for Rural areas and a minimum of 5 days for Western Australia depending upon your location. Due to COVID these times can vary.
You may cancel your order at any time within seven (7) days of placing the order. Simply call 02 9807 5599 or email email@example.com. Please note that the order may have already been processed and shipped. If this is the case then an Exchange / Return Form will need to be completed.
Please note that general wear and tear is not covered by the Steel Sapphire Warranty Policy. This includes damage from using liquid polish on the product, wearing it in pools, hot tubs or similar, and normal fading on oxidised/UV items.
All Steel Sapphire accessories have a 28 day replacement warranty for faulty items.

How to process an exchange or return
Steel Sapphire recommends that prior to filling the exchange/return form you read the exchange policy. If in doubt you can email us at email@example.com or contact your IBO directly for more information.
If the exchange or return is required then complete the exchange/return form using the IBO number (if available), customer details, item code, invoice number etc.
If there is an additional payment required please complete the relevant section.
Refunds will be issued where a faulty item has been returned and cannot be replaced or where a suitable item cannot be found for an exchange.

We recommend that you send the item by registered mail so that you have a record of the parcel as Steel Sapphire will not accept responsibility for returns that have not been received and recorded at the Steel Sapphire Head Office.
Due to the nature of the Steel Sapphire products please note that earrings and body jewellery cannot be exchanged or credited if they have been worn.
All other styles of the Steel Sapphire range (including packaging) can be returned for credit if they are in the same condition as they were originally supplied.
Please return items within 28 days of receipt. Only items with a production fault will be exchanged or refunded. Steel Sapphire does not normally provide a refund if you simply change your mind.
When purchasing from Steel Sapphire your credit card details are transmitted through a secure payment gateway. Card data is not hosted by Steel Sapphire after processing.
Steel Sapphire is committed to handling your personal information carefully and securely. The information provided by you will be used by Steel Sapphire to complete your transaction using NAB Transact standard secure processing methods. Unless you indicate otherwise this information may also be used to make contact with you (including out of standard business hours) with information on new products and opportunities that may be of interest to you.
